For convenient banking at your fingertips, the m-zabaPS app is available on your Android phone.

By Using M-Zaba You Can:

• Check the balance and transaction history of your accounts, time deposits, and ZB Invest funds units.
• View transaction activities for the current and past two years.
• Create payment orders in HRK and foreign currencies based on account activity details.
• Retrieve PDF statements for your account for the current and previous calendar years.
• Access invoices for service fees and charges.
• Request and download a Company Solvency Report (SOL-2 form).
• Activate business cards, check card transactions, and obtain PINs.
• View daily limit amounts and contracted/available limits.
• Make HRK payments within the daily limit.
• Initiate foreign currency payments to beneficiaries with Zagrebačka banka or other Croatian banks within the limit.
• Conduct cross-border and international payments within the limit.
• Buy/sell foreign currency or perform currency conversions at standard rates.
• Pay bills by scanning data with your mobile camera (m-photo pay).
• Process invoices by scanning non-standardized data from invoices using your device camera (fast scan).
• Seamlessly integrate with e-zaba business banking to prepare and execute limitless payment orders.
• Group and sign payment orders entered through m-zaba or e-zaba for execution.
• Review payment orders for the current year and past two years.
• Email confirmations of executed payment orders to any preferred address.
• Utilize saved templates from m-zaba or e-zaba.
• Browse unit prices of ZB Invest funds, exchange rate lists, and locate nearby ATMs, branches, or Small Business Centres.
• Contact us for inquiries or suggestions via the "Contact Us" icon within the "Message" option.

Security

Zagrebačka banka prioritizes user security within m-banking operations. Access to m-banking and m-token requires a user-known PIN, ensuring protection against misuse in case of device theft or loss. Account-related data and PINs are not stored on devices, with PIN entry safeguarded via a shuffle keyboard. Services accessed with a PIN are automatically locked after consecutive incorrect entries or inactivity for three minutes. Always use the "Logout" option to securely end your m-zaba session.
